March 23, 2009, at the release conference of corporation credit rating, held by China Software Industry Association, CVIC SE is awarded as the first batch of “Class AAA Credit Enterprise of corporate credit rating ", the company senior vice president Steve Chen attended the meeting on behalf of the participating enterprise.

Nearly 200 representatives, such as official leaders from Ministry of Industry and Informationization, Ministry of Commerce, and others from more than 40 local software industry associations, the branches of China Software Industry Association and many software companies, participated in the conference. It is presided over by the president of China Software Industry Association, Mr. Chen Chong.
