23rd -24th April of 2009, a two-day international service outsourcing village seminar was successfully held in Kunshan. “International service outsourcing village”, as the first model in the software industry, has attracted much interest and been paid much attention to by the representatives participated in the seminar.

Representatives from China software industry association, Ministry of industry and information technology –software, IC promotion centre, Information industry department of Jiangsu Province and Kunshan city government attended this meeting. IBM, Microsoft, as well as many enterprises representatives from USA, Sweden, mainland China, Taiwan and experts of Suzhou university participated in this seminar.

Internation service outsourcing village will build up a comprehensive software base which integrates research, training services, software outsourcing services and academic exchanges together, based on the first phase of infrastructure and the second phase buildings, which will be set up soon, such as the training center, international outsourcing center and apartments. It will provide customers a kind of economic, high effective and expandable “one stop” service, from software development, business process, software independent test, consulting and training and etc. outsourcing services to dynamic office premise & working and market development. This will form a service outsourcing industry environment with dynamic, organic and win-win situation in a certain area, thus to promote the overall development of the enterprises in the product line, within the area.

During this meeting, CVIC SE KS signed agreements withTaiwan Intellisys Inc., and Picoway Technology Inc. respectively in the field of outsourcing services to make all- round cooperation in the future.
